  More attention should be paid to the dosage of toner pigments, because too high or too low dosage can not achieve the purpose of toner. Excessive yellowing will aggravate the yellowing degree of coated white board, while too low will not achieve the desired whiteness. In addition, according to product performance requirements, styrene-butadiene latex and other latexes can be mixed to ensure the strength of coated paperboard and reduce its yellowing degree.

  Next is to check the quality of corrugated boxes, there will be uneven situation after the cover, and when making corrugated boxes, there can be no loopholes on the top, which will affect the later use. Make the best use of the ink and printing materials produced by one manufacturer and the same batch of ink produced by the same manufacturer.
